👋 I'm Georgia, a UX designer and researcher based in Belfast. I'm currently a design researcher at Big Motive. I'm passionate about speaking to end users and finding solutions to complex challenges they face, helping to direct the design of products that enhance people's daily lives. My goal is to create simple, yet impactful experiences that improve the way people live and work.
I’m a Design Researcher at Big Motive, a design studio in Belfast. At Big Motive we specialise in designing user-focused digital products and services that address the needs of both users and the teams who deliver them. I’ve collaborated with diverse clients across both the public and private sectors, leading research in healthcare and other environments. My role centres on deeply understanding user needs and goals, ensuring they remain at the heart of the design process. With a background in UX design, I bridge research insights and final designs, translating user needs into impactful solutions.
With almost two years of experience as part of the UX team at Qarik, I was a key player in transforming businesses through user-centred design. My expertise in user research allowed me to create modern and efficient products that simplified users' daily tasks and improved their overall experience with a well known US insurance provider. I am proud to have been a part of driving positive change for businesses and their customers.
